Please note: A $30 minimum order is required at checkout.
We carefully package every specimen using professional packing materials designed to protect fragile minerals and crystals during transit.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Weekend & holidays not included.
Shipping times vary depending on destination & shipping method chosen.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Video Documentation: Every order is photographed and/or video recorded during packing to document the condition of the item and packaging before shipment. This helps protect both Wild Caught Rock and our customers in the event of shipping claims or disputes.
Shipping Insurance
Many orders include shipping insurance.
If your package arrives damaged:
Do not discard the packaging.
Take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with the claim process.
International Orders
We welcome international orders! Please reach out to place an order.
Please note customers are responsible for:

- VAT
- Customs fees
- Local taxes
Wild Caught Rock is not responsible for customs delays.
