This is a polished end cut of Wyoming Youngite which is a rare, highly prized type of brecciated jasper and agate coated in sparkly druzy quartz. It is found only in Platte County, Wyoming, near Guernsey. It is famous for its colorful "beautiful chaos" look and a bright neon-green glow under ultraviolet (UV) light.
